As Regional Manager for The Habitat Company, Steve St. Louis oversees both market rate properties and condominiums for our Michigan portfolio. Steven has held several management positions within The Habitat Company during his 7-year tenure. He has a proven track record of success with a customer-first approach for both residents and clients. He also is a team builder and strives to foster strong bonds within teams to ensure the success of the communities he oversees

Steven approaches his management with diligent attention to detail to ensure maximum value for both JV partners and third-party owners. He achieves this by having a forward-thinking approach to both income generation and expense control, as well as occupancy, retention, and reputation management.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and is actively involved with the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association.
