As Regional Manager for The Habitat Company, Steven St. Louis oversees both the Market Rate and Condominium portfolios in Michigan, as well as our Market Rate portfolio in Minnesota. With over 10 years of experience at The Habitat Company, Steven has held multiple management positions, consistently demonstrating a strong track record of success with a customer-first approach that benefits both residents and clients.

Steven takes a strategic, forward-thinking approach to maximizing value for both joint venture partners and third-party owners. With a keen attention to detail, he focuses on income generation, expense control, occupancy, retention, and reputation management to ensure long-term sustainability and growth. His expertise extends to working closely with condominium boards, navigating governance structures, and fostering strong relationships to enhance operational efficiency and asset stability.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is a member of IREM and is actively involved in the local and regional apartment associations that support the portfolios he manages. He is also involved in the Community Associations Institute - Michigan Chapter.
