Norbert Glod

As the Facility Director for The Habitat Company, Norbert Glod brings 21 years of hands-on experience in facility and maintenance management, electrical engineering, energy conservation, and project management.

Before Joining the Habitat Company, Norbert worked as the Director of Facilities at YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, where he analyzed the existing maintenance structure of the organization and provided recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. He also managed vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring that facility issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Norbert holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a LEED AP O+M professional.
