Quincee Herbert

Quincee brings over ten years of experience in property management to her role as a Regional Manager in the Habitat Affordable Group at The Habitat Company.

 

In her current role at Habitat, Quincee is responsible for implementing policies, procedures, and best practices, while also working in tandem with the onsite team to meet and exceed financial and operational performance goals for each asset.

 

Previously, she served as the interim Regional Manager at Preservation Partners Management Group in Chicago, IL, where she was a Property Manager prior. In that role, Quincee solely managed a 100-unit combination Section 8 and tax credit property, overseeing monthly financial reports, staff supervision, and budget preparation. Her proactive management approach significantly reduced vacancy rates by 6%, maintaining an impressive occupancy rate of 98% or above.

 

Quincee holds certifications in Tax Credit Specialist and Certified Occupancy Specialist. She is earning her Master of Science in Public Service Management from DePaul University, and she earned her Bachelor of Science in Family Community Services from Michigan State University.
