Cherie Norwood

In her role as Regional Manager, Cherie Norwood is responsible for the operations of an assigned portfolio of properties. Cherie is responsible for implementing and managing site business plans including investment objective, compliance goals, asset quality, and financial objectives.

 

She has over 18 years of experience in various management positions including Operations Specialist. Cherie has worked with several different Housing Authorities including San Francisco and Texas Housing Authority, and she has a proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of properties.

Cherie previously served as Community Manager for Legum & Norman, and as Regional Manager for McCormack Baron Management where she provided strong leadership and oversight of a 4,000-unit portfolio.
