Karina Dahlen

Regional Manager, Habitat Affordable Group

As Regional Manager with Habitat Affordable Group, Karina Dahlen oversees all phases of the operations for almost 2,000 units and manages resources to ensure a stabilized fiscal operation. Karina works with her team to strive for 100% customer satisfaction, as well as enhancing the physical asset, increase revenues and controlling expenses.

Karina’s extensive experience in affordable housing management translates to effective and efficient oversite of day-to-day administrative and maintenance operations. Karina previously served as resident service coordinator, responsible for the planning, development, coordination and implementation of all resident services activities, programs and services and providing effective leadership to the onsite team. Karina places a special emphasis on financial performance, physical asset preservation, supporting her staff and demonstrating Habitat’s Commitment to Excellence.

Karina has a Bachelor of Arts in international studies, as well as minor degrees in anthropology and Russian, from University of Utah. She is also a tax credit specialist, a certified occupancy specialist, senior housing specialist and rent calculation specialist.
