Habitat is proud to share that after serving as Vice President of the Apartment Building Owners and Managers Association (ABOMA) of Illinois for the past two years, Sheila Byrne, Habitat's Executive Vice President of Property Management, will now lead the organization as the new President of ABOMA!
ABOMA is dedicated to serving and representing the needs of the residential high-rise real estate industry. The purpose of the organization is to promote the welfare and interest of its members including facilitating the exchange of ideas regarding management, operations and maintenance of high-rise residential buildings; engaging in collective bargaining agreements as a designated representative; and, to consider and act regarding legislation and other public matters related to the industry.
Ms. Byrne, along with her colleagues at ABOMA, serve on a volunteer basis to ensure that we are well represented in all aspects of our business through advocacy, education and networking. Habitat congratulates Ms. Byrne and is excited for this new chapter in her career!
